KYOTO Steak & Sushi House

We had a pretty bad experience today. Ordered a large 7 person order for our company lunch today via online ordering. I put each person's name in the memo section for each item, so they know it's for different people. In the last note for the order, I mentioned it's a company lunch so please include lots of sauces, and cutlery. When we picked up the order they only gave us 6 sauces! So we had to ask for more. We got to our lunch only to realize they only gave us 3 spoons and 2 chopsticks, they also mixed ALL of the sushi orders together so we had to spend a decent time trying to figure out what belonged to who. Then while one of my employees was eating her Krab Ragoon she bit down on a half broken plastic spoon in her Ragoon!!! Photos below. I went to contact Sushi X via email but no email address is listed anywhere, so I tried calling and there was no answer, so I'm leaving this review in hopes that maybe they will contact me back. Hopefully they will also up their quality standards a bit! The rest of the food was ok, but we were hesitant to eat it so most of it went untouched. $113.79 not including tip!

This place is a staple for my partner and I! We go semi-regularly, and we've gotten to know the waiting staff a little. They are very friendly, food is good, and prices are good considering the amount of food you can order: $16 for lunch, $22 for dinner (considering tax a bit). That's for the regular options, that is. That's all we usually get. Bathrooms are a MESS, though. Beware.

Not really sure how they have such a high rating. The menu isn 't easy to understand, the waitresses are rude and the wait was ridiculous. We had a 7:30 reservation and weren 't seated until after 8:40. The floors were littered with trash and dirt, the over all look inside isn 't the best. The food was okay but we definitely won 't be returning. The prices are also too high for the service they provided. Save you some time, energy and money and just go anywhere but here.

Great choices. Service is always excellent. Love the selection on the all you can eat lunch sushi and more! I've tried a lot of places and drive out of my way foe Sushi X!!

They share a wall with a nail salon and there has to be a door between the two shops. The chemical smell made the whole experience difficult. All you can eat sushi is hard to ruin, but dang.
