Longhorn Steakhouse - Jacksonville

I attended a breast cancer lunch and the event was amazing. my waitress was marissa and when I say she was phenomenal, that is an understatement. the manager/owner came over and his gast friendship was fantastic. I will definitely come to this place more often

We took place without waiting. the service was great. our order was accepted immediately. When the food arrived, the server made sure everything was good. she came back several times to refill our drinks. the steak was perfectly cooked and very well tasted. the manager went to all tables to find out how everything was. I'm sure we'll come back here.

The food was very delicious, great portions for the price. and surprisingly my waiter name was also cheyanne lol. she was super friendly and her customer service is great. will be definitiw back.

OMG! So a friend and I went to Longhorn last night and let me tell you about it! So first our server name was Angela. Angela was super busy, but that didn't stop her from recognizing our table and soothing us that she was on her way to us soon. She was promised! She has a beautiful smile, personality, spirit and a comforting southern accent. She was amazing. I ordered the Flo?s fillet with the lobster dick, macaroni and cheese and a sweet potato. I didn't take a photo first when my food came because it looked so good that I was ready to get it in me. Mean meal I had to stop and take a photo because I knew I left a review. I almost stood up and went to the kitchen to find out all the parties responsible for the food I received because they cooked my food with spices and love. As if I need to know who was on the sides and the meat my food was soooo goood. I feel like another restaurant could and would never give me the experience I had last night. From fast sitting, cleanliness, customer service, food and general atmosphere I have to give last night a 10/10 and a highly recommended one. I also want to point out that the owner was in the building last night, and I always say that a team is as strong as its leader. I saw this man in the kitchen, at tables, at the door, everywhere. A true leader. I'm super happy that we decided to eat Longhorn and how you can say from my photos, my belly is also! She steak was perfectly boiled, lobster dick was good and juicy, sweet potato seasoned with a hint of heaven, and that macaroni and cheese was macaroni-ing ok. I am super satisfied with my experience!

Really great food and service. We were seated right away. We got the br adI ordered the 6 oz Flo's Filet, medium rare, with a side of shrimp, mixed green salad with balsamic vinaigrette, and a loaded baked potato. I had strawberry lemonade and a shot of Fireball and Dr. Pepper. My daughter had the kids chicken tenders with oranges. She drank Apple juice. My friend had the chopped steak with the Mac n cheese and fries. He ordered the house ale to drink. My shrimp came on rice pilaf, which was also good. Our server was really nice and had great customer service skills. The only thing here that was messy was the restroom. There were just paper towels everywhere. I'd definitely come back here though.
