Lum Thai - Jacksonville

This was honestly the best food I've had! I visited after reading other positive reviews, and I can definitely say the food was delicious. It’s a lovely, quiet, and cozy spot for lunch. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, and the presentation of the food was a delightful bonus!

This restaurant could very well be my new favorite Thai spot! We were warmly welcomed by the sweetest lady who was incredibly attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was simply adorable! If I hadn’t been so hungry, I might have spent my time just admiring the dishes! Haha. Not only was everything cute and tasty, but the portions were also extremely generous. This place definitely deserves a solid 5 stars!

This restaurant is consistently AMAZING! The service is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the attention to detail is wonderful. Most importantly, the food is FANTASTIC! This is my third visit, and it has been perfect every single time. I highly recommend the chicken pad thai for just $13! Food: 5/5

We get takeout/delivery from here all the time, but came to eat in-person today and it was so lovely. the service is amazing, the food is consistently delicious no matter what you order, and they’re just so friendly too. in an area with so many chain restaurants and franchises, Lum Thai is a standout!Vegetarian options: nearly every dish on the menu can be made vegetarian or vegan

My husband and I frequent this place for years because we liked Thai food, but tonight is the last straw. We understand it’s Friday night but management should have anticipated the busy-ness of weekend. We waited for an hour for our food, only to be served with cold and over fried appetizers! You need to hire more people! The food quality has gone down. We’re not coming back again, we better give our business to other deserving restaurants.
