Feedback gevenI typically enjoy stopping by on Wednesdays after work because the hamburgers and cheeseburgers are incredibly affordable. I usually grab a couple of cheeseburgers to have for dinner. However, the service tends to be quite slow, especially on Wednesdays. The drive-thru often has a line, so I find it quicker to go inside. Occasionally, there’s an unpleasant smell reminiscent of a dirty mop, which I’m not fond of. That said, the place is generally clean. They also have a Redbox inside. The parking lot is a bit peculiar, with a median running through the middle that can make it easy to accidentally go the wrong way and cause a traffic jam.
Where else can you enjoy a meal for two for under $7? My husband and I visited this restaurant on Saturday night looking for a quick bite. We both ordered meals, and he upgraded to the large size to get a free Coca-Cola glass. However, we only realized after getting home that they never gave us the glass. It seems they either forgot or had run out, but we didn’t receive it. Despite that, the meal itself was quite good. We both had the double cheeseburger meal, which was delicious and satisfying. And the best part? The total came to just $6.94!
When I placed my order, the cashier informed me that they were on lunch. What?! Despite that, she took my order. We went through the drive-thru, so I didn't realize the quality of the food until we had already left. Most of the fries were the small, crispy type, which I actually like, but I wish there had been a better variety. Additionally, the bun on my Big Mac was not only slightly stale, but it seemed like they were aware of it and overtoasted it to mask the staleness.
This restaurant is consistently out of something. They used to be quite good with decent management, but every time I've visited recently, they've been missing an item. They can't provide change for cash transactions, they're out of ice, and now they're out of fries too. And, like many other McDonald's locations, they can never seem to make shakes or ice cream either. Management really needs to ensure they have what is needed in stock. If I could give a zero-star rating, I would, due to the numerous inconveniences I've faced at this location.
The service left much to be desired. The short red-haired woman at the first window was quite rude and seemed to have an irritable demeanor. Someone should really cheer her up. Meanwhile, the young man at the second window barely said a word and just handed us our bag. If my husband hadn't spoken up first, he wouldn't have said anything at all. As for the food, it was pretty average—the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit only had a small piece of bacon in it.
