There was no waiting time though there were a few cars before me and the manager I n website was incredible. She works harder than all employees. Do not lay down their employees because they are great, but they are the best
Lately it was much better to customer service and waiting time!
I hope the guy at the reception (trainer after his badge) finds a new and completely different work that makes him feel a little better so that he does not have to be before customers who share his frustrated and rude attitude.
I understand McDonald 's is not a 5 star restaurant, however, it doesn 't need to be to treat people with a bit of respect. The young lady who took my payment in the drive thru was EXCELLENT, she had a great attitude; While I was waiting for my card to be processed she asked me, How 's your day going? That was nice. As I drove off, I told her, You have a great attitude and energy! However, things changed in the pick up window where the supervisor was working. She opened the window, handed me the drink and asked me if I could move forward and park and the food would be brought to me; There was already another car there, waiting, so I told her: I 'm sorry but I am going to stay here in order for the time that I wait registers, so the actual time the customer waits is registered and the service to the customer improves in the future. She responded with, What?! I 'm not sure if she responded like that because I was wearing a mask or because she was being rude, but I repeated myself, and she proceeded to roll her eyes. After that, as she closed the window, I heard her yell to the kitchen folks, he said he 's going to stay and wait!!! I was concerned, what did that mean? Was that a signal to spit on my food? Was it just a comment to make fun of the customer? I don 't know. When I finally got my food, she didn 't say have a good day or thank you or anything, she was visibly upset. I still asked for ketchup, and she begrudgingly provided them. LIFE is short, no need to treat people this way.
