Moca CafÉ - Jacksonville

I recently had the pleasure of dining here on several occasions for lunch, and I was never disappointed. Situated in the Museum of Contemporary Art, it boasts a lovely atmosphere and a fantastic menu! The options are vegetarian and gluten-free friendly, yet there are also plenty of delicious choices for meat lovers and those with dietary restrictions. The menu is both intriguing and diverse, and the food is consistently excellent. I've been here with groups of up to six people, and they were easily accommodated. The setting is quiet and quite small, making it perfect for business dinners. Everyone at my table absolutely loved it! This place is truly a gem in downtown!

I went to their Valentine's Day Dinner Special, which included a first course, a second course, and a shared dessert, along with access to the MOCA gallery upstairs and a complimentary small bottle of champagne. At $49 per person, I found it to be a great value for a lovely evening out. The service was quick, and we both left feeling very satisfied and full!

The scallops were cooked to perfection, and the butternut squash was absolutely divine. The homemade bread with strawberry butter was delightful! I also enjoyed a delicious ginger sour cocktail. The service was excellent as well. It was a wonderful way to end a week-long trip.

Everything on their menu is excellent and their daily home made butters are crazy! One of my favorite lunch spots in Jacksonville...
