The kitchen is amazing and always makes me happy. This is a great place to go with friends, family or a nice quiet date. I can talk about this restaurant all day, but if you go there to see that it speaks for itself.
That was my first visit to Modu Ramen. The Gyoza, chicken and Kimchi pancakes were very good. We have a high spice tolerance so that the rams were not spicy enough for us, but it was still good. The flavors were not as deep as I expected, but it was still a good first experience. There was an additional fee as we are a family of 7. It was an additional $25 above on the meal price.
I gave this place a try back in Mid-March while Collective Con with two other people. I recommend the Lemon Ramen (educated) with an addition of spicy oil. Lemon is usually not a direct ingredient that I eat in Ramen, but that's why I wanted to give him a chance. It was tasty and satisfying. The spices had a noticeable bite, but I can deal well with heat. I really enjoyed what I tasted, and the lemon has couple tidy with it to my taste buds. I think the portions agreed to the price, I even had leftovers to take and enjoy later. The menu has a fair number of options. I have a kick from the arcade function they had in the restaurant. I filled my Tekken Itch during the food and extra bonus points for my favorite Tekken character on the box! I'm from the state, but I want to pass again as my experience met my expectations. Especially if they still have the arcade open for the game (or who might have been for the costume convention at that time)
First timer here. I got the Lemon Ramon which was made to perfection. The lemon added a zest to the chicken broth. And the fried chicken was tasty and unexpectedly paired well with the noodles. I also got the Modu Spicy wings which were super crunchy and delicious. 10/10 for sure. A bit pricey not too much, but enough to notice however in the end its worth it.
The spiciest level of the Rarms was not quite sharp enough, but the taste and the atmosphere were definitely there! Service was fast and friendly and they have great Japanese beer options.
