Papa Johns Pizza - Jacksonville

I was rather impressed with the speed of our order as it only took 10 minutes VS the 34 minutes expected. Staff were professional and helpful. Pizza was great. I'm giving 4 stars because only 1 of the two kiasks was able to pay out cash orders, while it took 10 minutes for this phone order to go through and their card was declined 3 times. That's not the staffs fault and they were apologetic. Fix that and everything else is perfect.Parking: Full free access parking lot.

The young man that answered the phone was very rude! I was literally on hold for 12 minutes then another young man got on the phone and told me to hold again! I tried to speak to him but he quickly hung up the phone! About 8 more minutes someone finally asked to take my order. I asked if they always put people on hold for that long and he said that they were very busy! So I asked for a manager and he said that they didn't have one on duty but if I wanted to report him then he would see if I he could get ahold of someone! So i placed my order and said it would be about 20 minutes. When I arrived they were not busy 2 guys were just standing around talking and 1 guy was making a pizza! I gave them my name and was told that it was still going to be another 25 minutes! Very slow and very poor customer service!

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. We ordered 2 pizzas (1 small, 1 large) and waited for over 2 hours and our order never showed up. Called the store multiple times and they said the order was on the way and that they were having car issues. We asked about a possible discount, and their response was oh, so you just want to cancel the order? . They marked my order as delivered and never showed up to our house. Extremely upset with the lack of communication and handling of the order over all.

They could not raise my address, so could not deliver. I wanted to pick up the pizza.
