Ponderosa Steakhouse - Jacksonville

The steak here is exceptional, and the buffet offers a fantastic selection. The food is truly amazing, and the waitstaff are very lovely.

Thanksgiving Day was fantastic, with delicious turkey and everything that goes with it. The staff did an excellent job, and I'm grateful to them for providing a meal I didn't have to prepare this year. We've visited this restaurant often and will continue to do so. Thank you once again!

Believe it or not, finding a perfectly cooked rare steak can be quite challenging. But you hit the mark! It was excellent!

My husband and I drove through the area and were looking for something to eat and we were on this restaurant. Our experience was definitely a FIVE Star visit. The waiter was friendly and constantly busy. Our waitress Kayla has offered us an excellent service. She was friendly, fast and very accommodating. She's one of the best waiters we've ever met. And we also heard a customer's request, an article that was not on the buffet, and the manager, Richard, without hesitation, fulfilled this customer's request. Our visit to the Ponderosa was exceptional and we will definitely return the next time we are in the area. Go on.

This Ponderosa was very nice and clean. The waiter came by regularly and removed our plates plus asked about refills on our drinks. The food was good but not as many selections as other Ponderosa's because of being smaller. We dined during the lunch buffet around 2pm so it wasn't very crowded.
