Red Gill Bistro - Jacksonville

I had a delicious brisket dinner accompanied by incredibly tasty mac and cheese and homemade coleslaw. My spouse made a lengthy list of special requests to our server, Daniel, who handled each one perfectly and with a smile. She ordered a delightful grilled salmon dish, served with green beans and a tossed garden salad. Overall, I would rate the food a solid 5 out of 5.

I really appreciated the management team at this restaurant. Despite facing a challenging situation with two employees unable to work, they still managed to serve everyone without missing a beat! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The owner's knowledge of the local distillery was impressive as well! Food: 5/5.

This is the best restaurant in Jacksonville Florida if not the whole state. The BBQ sauces are out-of-this-world the food is unbelievably delicious and the staff is friendly and works hard for you. Quiet dining in the back with a full menu and a full bar upfront this place is not to be missed... We came back five times and will come again...
