It was okay. Went for lunch at 12 and no one was in there. Woman at the front seemed annoyed with us and was very short. We ordered two dumpling soups, crab cheese wontons, two taro bubble teas, and a pork slider. The broth is the soup was good but the dumplings were not, pork was very dry in both. The wontons had zero crab and almost no cheese, we had one that was completely empty. The taro teas just tasted like milk and the boba was hard. The saving grace was the pork slider, that was delicious. The man who brought us our food was extremely kind though. Overall pretty disappointed.
I love this place. It's a great little mom and pop Asian dumpling restaurant tucked into a corner strip-mall in Mandarin. I've eaten here on multiple occasions and have always seen the owner on site and going above and beyond to make sure orders are to your liking while also making suggestions based on what you might be looking for. If you like Asian dumplings or just want a clean establishment with a great price point to give them a try, this is your place. Highly recommend.
Take my review with a grain of salt, Yelp listed this as a Vegan restaurant and they had almost no vegan options. So i was feeling a little like I got “bait and switched”, but I stayed, so shame on me.Location is in a small strip center and parking was very easy. There were signs for Seasons Bakery and Seasons restaurant, so you can’t miss it. The bakery was closed at this time because the AC was broken, but they did go into that room to make my bubble tea.So here is my run down of the food:Bubble Tea delicious, refreshing but no slush options (which I prefer).Pot Sticker Bento Box decent amount of food and my wife loved the eggplant and veggies included, but the dumplings were chewy and overcooked. I also had not seen the brown eggs before and they looked dried out, so we did not try them.Taiwanese Noodles said they had a vegan option, but they weren’t. Know something else, they weren’t good it was just dry noodles, which were cooked to perfection, just had no flavor.I am contemplating giving them another try, since there were so many positive reviews. If so, I will update my review and hopefully it will be better. I have to think I just caught them on an off day.
Such a great find!!! Stumbled upon this place accidentally and wow, so excited. They serve excellent boba teas and a really great menu of noodles. Not the typical American Asian fare, which was awesome. Didn’t really see the bakery, maybe because there were some homemade buns and breads but everything is worth stopping for!
