Feedback gevenI usually visit this location about twice a week and have consistently received great service. However, after my recent experience, I no longer plan to return. I ordered through the mobile app, as I typically do, but when I arrived, the inside was closed. I called to see if someone could kindly bring my order out since I didn't have time to wait in the drive-thru (the reason I opted for mobile ordering in the first place). The staff member on the phone informed me that she couldn't assist me at that moment. This was especially frustrating because I had just witnessed her deliver an order to a man and even ask another customer for his name before bringing him his order. By the time she returned, there were three of us waiting outside to see if we could receive any help. When I inquired again if she could assist us, she simply said no and closed the door in our faces. If the store is not open for mobile orders, the app should indicate that they are unavailable if no one is available to help. And to the young lady who chose who to assist today, this was the rudest service experience I have ever encountered.
I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino, and it was the worst coffee I've ever had. It was mostly just ice and caramel, and the cup was sticky. I definitely do not recommend this place. My $7 was basically thrown in the trash—what a waste of money. This was on Friday, September 2nd, at 3:15 PM.
I just had a caramel macchiato with six extra sugars. The place looked like it needed a good cleaning; it must have just been busy with a lot of customers. I was also disappointed to find that they no longer have the condiment station for customers to use.
LUVS this place the crew is so friendly it makes me want to join.. the food is always awesome and the drinks are fabulous keep up the BEAUTIFUL MASTERPIECE?
This is my all time favorite Starbucks! I have been coming here for many years and it's one of the very few that has maintained the way Starbucks used to do things in the past. Unfortunately they recently removed the comfortable chairs which is a shame , but the service and baristas are still the best.
