Taco Bell - Jacksonville

I am quite dissatisfied with the quality of my order.

Friendliness n service can be deceiving bc food there is terrible! Pay an decent amount n yet i get garbage for lunch! Lets hope breakfast is better! At a different location that is ???? Lunch at Tijuana flats from now on

This is one of the worst Taco Bells in Jacksonville. I ordered five Supreme Tacos to take home, but only two of them were actually Supreme. When I called the store to address the issue, they hung up on me. The staff had a terrible attitude, as if they personally purchased the ingredients. They're clearly very cheap. The management is also lacking. Everyone there needs training on how to properly make tacos and improve their customer service.

I visited the drive-thru this afternoon and had the best fiesta veggie burritos I've ever had since my very first one. I really wish I had kept my receipt to let management know because my experience was far superior to that of the Taco Bell I usually go to. If any managers happen to see this, please be aware that the team working around 4 PM today is doing an excellent job!

I tried the Huh Chalupas special, hoping to get a steak option. Instead, I ended up with a mix of Huh and steak on the same chalupa. The chalupas themselves were quite hard. I generally enjoy Taco Bell, but this experience wasn’t great. It cost me $17, and the parking situation was also a bit of a hassle.
