Taco Bell - Jacksonville

Very nice, clean parking lot dining room. Staff is very friendly and positive.

New management has really helped. I still avoid going at night because that's when the line always seems to be the longest/slowest. But otherwise it's gotten a lot better. The people inside are almost always super helpful if there's an issue with my order.

I went on Taco Tuesday, and to my surprise, they gave me a happy free crunchy taco. Great marketing strategy! Makes me eager to keep going.

Ordered 2 chalupas, 2 nacho and cheese, one soft taco with beef and cheese, one soft taco with beef lettuce cheese, two hard taco supremes and asked for mild sauce. Spent $31. I received one nacho bell grande, two nachos and cheese, one soft taco with beef and cheese, one hard taco with beef and cheese and two hard taco supremes. All hard tacos were broken.

Their new Ponada was overcooked and I thought that the filling was just like thick cream of chicken soup. I had the Ponada box meal. I asked for no sour cream on my burrito and gordita and extra cheese, but I got extra lettuce and tomato on my gordita, not cheese, and my burrito was also no sour cream and extra cheese. You guessed it right. A little bit of sour cream and no extra cheese, plus I had chips and nacho cheese sauce. Chips were stale and tasteless. No more of that store for me. People were nice, but inside wasn't very clean and kiosks screens were sticky and dirty. Not a good look.
