Feedback gevenWe were in town for dates in Mayo and decided to stop for a quick bite... The lady who works there originally from Pittsburgh (I don't have her name) she was so super nice!!! Our day!!!
Everyone is super friendly, but I missed three items from my order tonight. I live too far to go back. Otherwise, this location is always wonderful
Unfortunately, my first time was there while driving through, whole order was wrong... Or someone else. When I was in a rush at an appointment and hungry, I ate what I had. Very delicious, with salad crunchy, well seasoned beef, just a fresh nice meal, I love the menu, just not what I ordered.
The food was excellent; the service, just like that. I ordered eight Soft Shell Tacos and a great diet of Cola. My order came and the soda was 90% ice. And I only had two napkins to go with eight tacos! I asked the Lord for more napkins. He gave me two more... I went back to the counter and a lady was here this time. I asked her for napkins. She continued to put something in a bag and gave it to me very nice. Also, I had asked for hot sauce and there were no packages at all in it, so I had to go back and ask for them I received. You can do better, Taco Bell!
I frequent this location almost on a daily basis around noon. The service has definitely declined over the past few weeks. I?m a dine in customer and lately I?ve had to wait up to 12 minutes just to have my order taken. There?s never anyone at the counter because it seem there all too busy with drive-thru orders.and why are there so many managers working on the same shift? Oh, and before someone says I should just use the kiosk..... ain?t gonna happen, I?m not going to use technology that is meant to replace a human being.people need jobs and companies like Taco Bell need people!
