Waffle House - Jacksonville

Terrible service. We were seated promptly and the restaurant was not very busy. However, we waited over 10 minutes without a server even saying hello. Finally, someone came by to ask if we wanted drinks. The service needs improvement, Waffle House! It shouldn't be difficult to take a drink order in a timely manner. Prices may have gone up, but the service has gone down. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I cannot place orders here anymore. This Waffle House used to be great, but it has really declined in quality. Just now.

My sunny side up eggs were not cooked all the way through, but the waffle and bacon were delicious.

I had ordered two tellers from one of their regular meals and only got one.

Food was great and Stephanie our server was Awesome. We had a great visit and will eat here again whenever we are in that area.
