Whataburger - Jacksonville

I waited in line for 30 minutes for my food, only to receive the wrong order three times. When I finally got home to eat, my food was ice cold. I've never experienced such confusion with staff regarding hot food, especially something as simple as a cheeseburger. It took three people at the drive-thru just to take my order for a cheeseburger that only comes with mustard and pickles. It's unbelievable!

This is easily the best customer service I've experienced at any fast food restaurant. The staff consistently maintains a friendly atmosphere. I visit this location every week. A special shoutout to the girl who calls everyone "baby love" – she really brightens my day!

The food and service were excellent. I would have taken a photo of the triple cheese brioche, toasted on both sides with green chili, but I devoured it too quickly!

Hubby I took my mom to Fl and she was excited they had this place there. Wonderful over the Top customer service. My Mom loved it. So did we. Thank you so very much

This was another good experience. I've been here a few times and it never disappoints! Service was great and the food was hot and also great! What more could you want
