My wife and I went to these premises for an evening meal just as it opened at 2030 hrs. The waiter was quick and friendly and we were told to sit anywhere as we were the first customers. As we were not particularly hungry we decided to share a first course and ordered a dish which was potatoes with chopped ham, covered with cheese and cooked in the oven. It arrived fairly quickly and was okay but had quite a lot of oil in it. My second course was Salmon and potatoes the salmon was cooked well but was spoilt by the amount of oil it was standing in on the plate which overpowered the taste of the fish. The chips were soggy and again soaked in oil. I think they had been put in to cook before the oil was hot enough and had absorbed too much oil in the process. The chips my wife had did not appear to be as bad as mine so I would give them a second visit to see if it was a one off problem
This little restaurant is tucked away in a entranceway opposite Condestable Iranzo and to be honest I didn't notice it on my first visit to Jaen however having found it I love it. It fuses good italian food with some Spanish touches and is well worth a visit. We had a birthday party there and had 18 people and the bill was well under €300 so I was very impressed. My favourite is the swordfish....
La comida es deliciosa y tiene un gran sabor italiano. El servicio es muy atento y amable. La pizza de barbacoa con crema es muy sabrosa. Todo a un precio muy bueno. Lo recomiendo.
