I have visited many restaurants and cafes in Bosnia and Europe, but I have never seen worse service and lack of interest from the staff in accommodating a group of people. Waiting for food is ridiculous, especially in a location like Pliva Lake. They need to hire more staff and improve the quality of service and hospitality urgently! I will definitely avoid this hotel with future groups, recommendation to everyone.
