The lack of friendliness and generosity accurately describes this establishment where the term "customer service" appears to be a foreign concept. Portions are small, dishes lack flavor, and the quality of the meat is poor, being fatty and clearly of industrial origin. The table settings are basic, resembling those from the 1950s. There is no creativity or imagination. Despite the beautiful surroundings, the restaurant falls short of expectations. The waitresses never seem to wash their hands and show no concern for customer satisfaction. It appears that only occasional tourists give positive reviews to what is overall a very disappointing establishment.

The portions are small, the food lacks flavor, and the meat is of poor quality and overly fatty. It appears to be industrial food with a basic presentation reminiscent of the 1950s. There is no creativity or imagination. Although the location is beautiful, we were disappointed by the restaurant once we discovered the surroundings. It was not up to the standards of a luxury or spa restaurant. The waitresses never wash their hands and do not seem concerned about customer satisfaction. It seems that only occasional tourists give high ratings to this overall disappointing establishment.
I completely agree with Sonia's opinion. The quality was exceptional with no room for improvement. Frankly impeccable from all angles. There were three couples in our group. In Solwaster for a walk, what can I say? Yes, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, patient, efficient, and cheerful. This level of service is becoming rare, especially the attention to detail, in some restaurants. We will definitely be returning to thank the excellent manager. Keep up the great work. We were well received and served in quite correct times. We really liked the dishes we had chosen: hamburger leaf and raspberry duck magret. the hamburger is presented in his mustard sauce in a video (like a wind flight) which I found rather original. the jambon as much as the sauce were excellent. the duck was perfect and the sauce with excellent raspberries, and the dish is filled with raw vegetables and cooked what I enjoyed. The quantities are quite honest, we're not hungry when we get out of the table! white wine with pichet is really good: fruity without being too sweet. We'll go back with pleasure. an address to be recommended!
