To begin with, the words of some are more than inappropriate. There are certain limits that should not be crossed. For my part, I am quite impressed with the quality that we find “again” in this nice little chip shop. The products are fresh and some are homemade (his mini-loempia are magnificent). In terms of cleanliness, it's nickel. To top it off, Madame is exemplary kindness. Which is becoming rare.

The quality of the fries previously excellent, is no longer at all

I think when you want to keep a frying, you really have to take into account the negative points and the goal is to improve. I can no longer find the quality of the fries since the trade was resumed by the new owner. You must absolutely focus on QUALITY and review your rates.
