Bukhara Indian Bistro - Jamaica Plain

We hosted my son's birthday party at the restaurant. Both of my sons love Indian food, and this time we also had a cake to celebrate, which we didn't have during my other son's birthday last time.

I had a disappointing experience with both the food and service. I feel like I wasted my money and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I have been a patron of Bukhara since 1999, and I've seen significant changes over the years, both in the quality of the food and the service. However, our most recent experience will be our last visit to Bukhara. I refuse to tolerate verbal abuse when I’m paying for a poorly prepared meal.

The food is still delicious, but the service was just terrible. we had to wait 45 minutes for our main course.

Tasty as always, and friendly service too. Came here using a groupon, but would still come back without one.
