Feedback gevenThis is one of the worst branches I have ever visited. I come here quite frequently as it is at a convenient location from school, but the service here is FOUL. Over the last 2 years I have come here, I have constantly received wrong orders or don't receive my online order at all. Today I have had it- I placed an early online order and the place was STILL closed. Furthermore, the workers acknowledged my presence and refused to open. I had to wait over half an hour from my pickup time to get my food. Overall, action needs to be taken because these are repeat offenses and it is unacceptable.
Yesterday I was there, it was incredible to see how dirty the restaurant was. When someone finally came out to clean, he took the trash cans, threw all the trays where food is served to customers in the trash and continued to pick up the trash from the tables and throw it into the trash can. Which led me to think how unhygienic they are in this restaurant, putting the trays in the trash can that they then take out and deliver to other customers!!! Where are the hygiene cleaning standards and safe food handling!!!!
The app was not easy navigate and ordering quesadilla online doesn't allow you to put what you want. It took me 25min. Also only having one method to pay was a problem. I had to set up gpay. Trust if the kids didn't want it I would have left. Worst!
First in foremost I was excited to grab something fresh besides the other variety in the vicinity ?playn safe again i order Burrito brown rice shredded chicken everything on the side because i was sharing w/ someone w/ doesn't care for lettuce tomatoes onion you know Im watching vigorously took my eye off the chick one minute to check time didn't want to miss my train LIRR im assuming everything ok i see my side item pack.. Running dashing thur traffic catch my train get home present burrito to guest n long n behold?no meat n my burrito ?which i paid for.. Nvr the less disappointed i return the next day purchasing ticket to return to jamaica because its the principal moving forward i approached the counter calmly explained what happened presented my receipt and then ignored for 15 min follow by im so sorry u need to report this to corporate.. ?ME: Im not reporting ish either ur gonner refund or replace:::Which they replaced kindly.. The reason i post bout these establishment because the principles behind the actions which disgusts me and i will never return to that location because i observed that they give woman one spoon of rice n men two to three of rice ?our money the same too?
The night time crew members are extremely unprofessional. They are very disrespectful to customers and to the Door Dashers. This is a high volume location that is very understaffed. I waited 30 minutes for my burrito. The young lady in photos needs to be retrained and needs to be tough how to work with respect. She is extremely disrespectful and dismissive. She should not be representing this food chain as a manager/supervisor.
