He doesnt speak it or understand it either then he gives attitude like if it isnt bas enough he got me waiting in the drive thru for over 30 min ??????????? So unprofessional
I went to the Metropolitan location and my refresher was water down. The worker did not seem friendly. Also I gave her $20 bill and my change was 2 dollars in dimes not quarter or nickles. The rest was $10 and $2 bills. I do not know the reason for that she said she did not have any quarters. I just think they need to get her help cause she is not a people person serving the customers.
Bathroom doesn't work. One of the guys serving was very rude because I ordered tea and not knowing they had hibiscus tea so I asked for hibiscus tea bag and he was yelling and saying I have to pay additional for the change when I didn't even started drinking the tea yet. I spent over $25 on breakfast. Bad experience and terrible customer service.
Need better customer service. the people who work there are so rude. used to be better back then
