I really dislike having to say this, but it would be beneficial if the staff had a better understanding of orders in English. For the second time after my return, she was about to get my order wrong again. I didn’t request a thin multigrain bagel; I wanted a regular multigrain one. When I came back, I specifically asked for a plain bagel instead of one with equal fillings, as I hadn’t realized there were sesame seeds in the multigrain. Then, I saw them tossing a sesame bagel, even after we had confirmed the plain bagel twice. It was so frustrating!
Had an internet outage in my area and working from home need the Wi-Fi. When I couldn't connect because of the outbreak, it was the first place I thought. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
