Starbucks - Jamestown West

I had an iced coffee of some sort with a name I'm not sure about. The staff is always respectful and friendly. If they weren't wearing masks, I would have seen their smiles, which I'm sure would have added to the experience. The drink was really delicious, and I didn't have to wait long since it wasn't too crowded.

Overall, my experience has been very positive. I've visited this place many times—around 2000 visits, in fact!—and I've only encountered one minor issue. I absolutely love this place. The baristas always greet me with a smile.

This morning, I asked the wonderful staff to make me their favorite caffeinated drink, and I couldn't be happier with the result! They were fantastic, and the drink was absolutely delightful. Thank you so much! 10/10!

Competent, Genuinely Friendly Staff and Management. Struggling at times with company created distrubution supply issues being out of some items but quick to remedy with excellent replacement suggestions. Consistently well made drinks. Gotta Love a place with Quality Standards, unlike that other place a quarter mile West on the same street that shall go unmentioned.

Very friendly helpful staff. They shared a tidbit about the App that is going to be useful. They didn't have a carrier for all my drinks so they helped me carry them out to my car! Above beyond service!
