I rarely go to bojangles but in this instance I was the only one in the drive through and ordered the chicken BLT sandwich combo, I was not told there would be a wait on my order as I had to wait almost 20 minutes to get my order just to drive off and find I received the wrong sandwich, all I got was a regular chicken sandwich with mayo and one pickle, I do not think I will be ordering from this establishment again. Went through the drive-thru and the employee was wonderful. I haven't been to Bojangels very much lately. She was very helpful and sweet. I wish I could remember her name. She is why you got a 5 stars.

Service (inside) is a bit slow as they have a single person taking the order payment and also going into the kitchen to get the food. But they are very friendly (especially to small kids) and the food is delicious. Can't beat their all day breakfastmenu. Steak biscuit is excellent here
