Restaurante La Petite Suisse - Jamundí

The restaurant is located in Cuidad Jardin, where service and taste is expected to be at a higher standard. There are 7 tables inside of the location. At our arrival, three were vacant. We were seated and after several minutes, flagged our waiter down to request water. On his return, we asked to place our food order. He advised us that the kitchen was running 15 minutes behind, and hesitated to take our order. I pointed out that if we placed the order now, we would receive it sooner than if we delayed. 10 minutes later, the owner walked out to advise us that the kitchen was running 20 minutes behind. I asked her to rush our ceviche appetizer order, which arrived 20 minutes later. It's been one hour and our food has not arrived. The waiter is stalling, and the owner is not granting our request for a face to face. I took this picture to share the look of misery on the diner's face as they also wait and exorbitant amount of time to be served. Perhaps it's our fault for attempting a Swiss restaurant in Cali, but I write this to spare you the same experience. Plenty of other places to dine.
