Chipotle Mexican Grill - Janesville

I would say the food is good. Definitely some chewy parts in the meat which is a bummer but what really throws me off from this place is how dirty it is.. I don’t normally get grossed out but every table was dirty, the flour had food almost everywhere even when you walk in the door. The fountain drink area was ?. They had like 2 workers just walking around, They have a shelf for pick up but they leave the bags behind the counter…? Not sure why they do that. Last month was my first time going and today was my second time, I can say I might go back to chipotle but not to this location. The staff was just unhelpful and no where near friendly. Definitely a bad first impression.

I always like the chipotle but this time I don’t want was different, but it didn’t taste the same. It looks good but doesn’t taste good. Maybe the salsa I didn’t like this time. chicken is good

I’m a manger nearby, the mess and unpleasant environment is unacceptable! The employees are very unproductive and talkative. Saw so many customers complaining about this area. I specifically came here last Saturday and Sunday and the employees there were so rude and were on their phones. I expected more. If anything I’m going to report this area and new employees need to be hired as fast as possible. I took note that two specific employees were flirting the guy with glasses and the girl who had blonde/brownish wavy hair I believe workplace romance is unacceptable

Disgrace employees you have, especially the young boy named gayal all he does is flirt with his coworkers and distracted by his phone. Hire better employees I’m never coming here again! I will report to HR or OSHA if this problem isn’t fixed!?
