Firehouse Subs Janesville

This was our first visit to Firehouse Subs, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! The atmosphere was beautifully relaxing and welcoming, the staff was friendly, helpful, and very humorous, and the food was fantastic. I usually don't take the time to complete online surveys, but I was so impressed that I wanted to—unfortunately, we accidentally scanned the receipt with the link. So, I'm leaving this well-deserved review instead, which is also something I rarely do. My only regret is that we live four hours away, making a return visit unlikely. I visited this restaurant with a friend to celebrate my birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. I highly recommend this place! I will definitely return!

During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of being assisted by the General Manager at the register, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I also thought it was a nice touch that the restaurant provides high chairs, which I've noticed are not common in similar establishments. The GM even offered my son a fire hat and later a Rice Krispies treat, which was a delightful surprise. As for the food, it was fantastic. Like many firehouse-style restaurants, the portions of meat and ingredients were generous and tasted great, with a nice texture, and were cut at a 45° angle in the middle. Additionally, they have a menu-controlled soda dispenser with a variety of options, which is a fun feature. The only downside is that the restaurant is a bit tricky to access from the road, as you have to navigate a roundabout. Also, there are two parking spots in a 90° angle that can create some confusion. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and I look forward to returning!

Food was amazing and ready for pickup after order via the mobile app. Unfortunately, the situation is not so great. Physically, the building is in a terrible place: roundabout, tiny parking next to a particularly crowded chain restaurant drive thru, uncontrolled entry. Sad that access is so limited and potentially dangerous because the product is very quality.

Ordered the grilled chicken breast sandwich. They literally just gave me chicken breast on a bun none of the other stuff that was supposed to go on it. Was the worst dryest sub I've ever had. Normally I love their subs I order from here all the time but I won't be ordering from here anymore.
