Feedback gevenI ordered a Big John add avocado for lunch and when it arrived there was no meat in the sandwich. I called the store and they offered to remake and send the new one out. I waited an additional 45 min and still no sub. I called again and a different person answered. I explained the situation and he acted as though he couldn't believe they'd deliver a sandwich with no meat. I just requested a refund for it and he seemed reluctant, but said he will refund me. I'm skeptical if I'll actually see that refund and I don't think I'll be ordering from that store again.
I'm enjoying ordering to sandwich to go with lunch and highly recommend.
Constantly messing up my order and always very slow
I ordered 2 sandwiches, they were out for delivery for 30 minutes. They took over an hour to be delivered. This store is 2 minutes from my house. This Jimmy John 's is consistently slow.
I was very disappointed with my online order earlier today. I placed the order at 12:13pm and was thinking it would be a bit longer due to the lunch rush. 45 mins later, and my food wasn't delivered yet.I called to see what the hold up was, and I got zero explanation as to why my order wasn't delivered yet. They just wanted the address of where it was supposed to go to, and we're going to deliver it asap. I didn't even get an apology for the delay or anything.The last bit that disappointed me was the fact that I had earned a reward of free chips and they gave me an expired bag of chips. Good thing I got my free stale chips, thanks Jimmy John's. I'll just order from the Milton Ave one from here on out.
