Used the app to order Spaghetti with meatballs and somehow meatballs got subtracted from the order. Called the business and the employee was un-phased and not empathetic. Customer service is so hard to come by these days.

Appreciated the gluten free and dairy free options at this restaurant chain. ?The team was friendly, the food was good, the lighting is poor, and the restaurant floor needed some attention under the tables.

This is the best noodles restaurant i’ve ever been to! for my first time. One thing that was funny is that there was a macroni in my chicken parmesan in the picture. Service was a 5 star because when i choosed a lid to take it to go, they choosed the perfect lid to match another bowl i ordered. Would recommend this noodle restaurant to a friend :D Kid-friendliness: they have a kids menu that kids can order.
