Pizza Hut - Janesville

Didn’t deliver order to the main office like any other delivery place.

I ordered online. When I arrived at the drive thru window (Jennifer is the name on my sales receipt , I was greeted with a very warm Smile, Hello Welcome to Pizza Hut, What is the name under? And then, she saw my German Shepherd in the backseat, and really got a huge smile! She asked if he/she could have a treat? I said sure, but a small one. He took the treat, and she checked on my order. She said it will be ready in 2 minutes. (I knew I was early, but they were very efficient!! Next, we were greeted at the window by 2, maybe 3, more employees--they wanted to see my furchild. The staff were all very friendly! And the pizza was great and exactly the way I ordered it! (the pizza is not always awesome. But it was yesterday!

Pizza was done quickly, hot and ready tp go on time.

Go through drive through on a pick up get told to pull around and they bring right out.10 minutes out in car past our pick up time I decided to go inside employees talking didn't help me right away or acknowledge me but when they did I had to ask about my pizza to find it was just sitting on the counter behind them already ready to go for who knows how long only to get a rude apology never will go to this location again

Worst ever. They don't do table service and you have to clean your own tables. The meat loves had hardly any meat or cheese. The crust was mushy. Garlic cheese bread and sticks were good. Not hot but good. The cinnamon bread my hubby liked.. not ever recommending this place. Spent lots of and we hardly ate anything.
