Qdoba Mexican Eats - Janesville

Service was slow and unenthusiastic. Manager on duty emerged from the office as if she?d just been woken up from a nap, still wearing personal wireless music earbuds around the kitchen. No one cleaned anything during the entire visit. Store was dirty, garbages overflowing and food prep area was covered in spilled food, no food labels and tons of empty containers. Food tasted fine, surprisingly.

Never going there again. I was a long time customer who worked in the area and always went on my lunch breaks. They are always between staff. I don't recognize a single person and the new hires aren't the friendliest. I understand the difficulties working in service but I left my food after paying for it and bolted. There was a long line and I don't ever go during peak lunch hour. They didn't fry or cook my taco shells. The tacos fell completely apart and I couldn't eat it. They didn't give me a real plate even and the juice dripped all over me so I couldn't go to work. They were interviewing people as I stood in line. I felt really uncomfortable like I was intruding by giving them my money. It seems more appropriate to do interviews in the back at a small restaurant where people can hear you. It is not cheap either. Take your money to Taco Bell.

This is my 2nd time having an issue with this Qdoba. The first time, I had raw chicken in my burrito bowl. Took a break and after awhile decided to give it a 2nd chance. But after today, I think I will be going to a different location. I placed an order to go, and when I picked it up, it was such a mess. Whoever was doing take out orders, must hate their job, and just threw it all together. This was just unacceptable. Someone needs to get terminated. The nachos were a complete mess, and the tacos look like they were just thrown in the container. They don?t look like they were warmed up, and they are all in pieces. Today was a complete waste of money. Quality was missing today.

3:25pm every table in the restaurant was dirty. We were the only people in the restaurant. Grossed us out so we took our food to go. Hoping the cleanliness behind the counter is better.

This review is based on multiple visits over several months. During one visit, there was a sewage odor and mess outside the restrooms from a toilet malfunction.Tables are not kept clean and straw/napkin etc containers are often empty. Today the drink dispenser sprayed soda everywhere due to missing parts. That wasn't a new issue. I give up. The workers are friendly, but that alone isn't enough to keep me coming back.
