The only problem I encountered was that they haven't updated their menu, and they no longer serve prime rib. If I had known this, we would have chosen a different restaurant.

My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant for the first time tonight. We've driven by it countless times without giving it much thought, but I'm so glad we finally stopped in. The food was amazing, and the bartender, who also took our food orders, was fantastic. I ordered the beer-battered chicken, while my boyfriend chose the Chicken Alfredo. We also had fries and a large order of onion rings, along with a soda, a mixed drink, and a beer, all for just $22! We definitely plan to return. It's the best-kept secret in Janesville!

If you haven't visited this place yet, you’re missing out. We regret passing by for 10 years! This restaurant is phenomenal, with incredible food at amazing prices—and generous portions to boot. Everything we've tried has been fantastic, from the Patty Melt and Reuben to the Italian dip and chicken bacon ranch wrap. However, the special Tavern Chicken is absolutely outstanding. It features a fried chicken breast in a delightful batter that just melts in your mouth, all for just $3 with fries. We've already gone back twice in less than a month! Trust me, you’re going to love it here. They offer daily specials, and today, Sunday, features a Bloody Mary bar. Give it a try!

Went here to watch a badger basketball game. They claim to be a sports bar. Well, it's really not setup to be a sports bar. The T.Vs are small and placed in odd places. They aren't in HD so the picture isn't the best. I did like the variety of tap beers they have and the food was really good. Atmosphere is okay feels like a up north type of tavern. I'll go back for the food not to watch a sporting event.

It is truly your small town bar. If you are looking for atmosphere, this is not the place. If you are looking for good food for a good price, great people and lots of fun during spring events, this is your place
