Hoccori Cafe - Japan

I went to hoccori for lunch. ordered a set menu a with curry, salad, drink and dessert. dessert was sooo goood! comes back with friends right away. there is also a dessert set menu. updated by previous review on 20220115

This was a place that I wanted to visit for a long time, but my carnivores moved elsewhere. to now! I could enjoy going with my friend who did not consider vegetarian vegan food and I was not disappointed! the tante who runs the load did not wear a mask all the time, but the food was prepared for each order and the load is secret.

It is a nice little vegetarian place, they can manage some English, but more importantly, will show the items that are vegan. the food was simple and tasty. it seemed guided by a single dame (although it was fairly well managed), would recommend when they are in and looking for vegetarian or vegan foods.

This place is a short walk from Tachikawa Train Station. Serves usually vegan dishes (owners will let you know what milk or egg), but again the menu was predominantly vegan. We came to lunch with a sometimes slightly unruly 4 years old and the owner was friendly, understanding and served our food with a smile. Oh and the vegan dishes we had were delicious and met the place. Definitely recommend when you are in the area! Unfortunately, the address of this restaurant is not “Tachikawa” so that it does not come to Happy Cow if you are looking for vegan places in “Tachikawa”... but it is a ~8 minutes walk from Tachikawa station.
