Papa George's - Jasper

This restaurant is located next to,the Hotel Astoria on Connaught Dr. the food is good but not amazing. I had the special of two eggs, two bacon and two toast. Everything was very good. M husband had the lox eggs Benedict. He said it was excellent. The latte was not great and the chi latte wasn't much better. I think their coffee is probably the way to go. The service was good and prompt. I would return for another breakfast on another day.

A great Shepard's Pie with a little bit of the Rockies included. A mixture of beef, bison and elk, nothing overpowering, just a good mix and a satisfying meal. Good, filling breakfast's as well.

Worst meal we have had during our vacation. Poor rude serviceTaking plates away while still eating telling us - it's a Canadian thing!!- I don't think so. Rude waitress. Waited over an hour for meal which were cold poorly presented and one meal was not even correct. They couldn't care less. Told us they were busy and under staffed! Don't bother or wasting your money

I was waiting on my sister and so I roamed around town for an hour or so and went into this restaurant for wife (which did not work well) and I got a salad and two sandwiches to go for our trip from Jasper to Lake Louise- a grilled vegetable sandwich and a chicken with cheese sandwich. The place seemed nice and I hope to stay in downtown Jasper when and if I come back.

Started out great, service was attentive and then the waitress even admitted she forgot about us. One couple left because they were told the kitchen was really behind. Quality of food superb, duck was cooked perfectly. Crumble desert when we finally got it was excellent.
