My brother is there working a job and was told your ice cream machine has been down for over a week??? And you all call yourself a Dairy Queen??? Shame on you!! Boo!!

Order something through door dash and only got a drink did not get the one thing I wanted which was a blizzard this is the worst customer service, highly recommended the management team and owner rethink their business practice or completely get out of the service sector

Out of ice cream and taco shells. 2 main things we came for.

Everything was hot and fresh, nice staff will return ?

Young help not friendly, ungrateful to have a job. No smile, no thank you. So when they didn 't turn my my ice cream over on either serving. I ask why, I didn 't want to... then I said, Then mine are free . Made them mad, as well as the manager. Oh well, do your job .
