Full Moon -b-que - Jasper

When someone ask for something to NOT be put on the food they ordered, it’s for a reason. I ordered a chicken potato and asked for NO bbq sauce. Wanted ranch on the side only. Opened up my food and it’s literally covered in bbq sauce.

This is the only food place that I have been too. That you have to insert your card in machine (through drive thru window) after you answer a tip question.I was recently at the Jasper location, I ordered a sandwich and fries along with a grilled chicken ceasar salad. I was not told it would be 10 minutes on chicken. I was there for 30 minutes. There were 3 cars behind me that got their food BEFORE me. Want be back

Got the 3 vegetable plate. Went through the drive thru. Very slow service, and the cashier's hands were very dirty. 3:11 PM time at the drive thru.

Fried green tomatoes were served at a perfect temperature and tasted amazing. Fried okra was not even warm, tasted bland. They put sauce on my sandwich even though I ordered it without, but they did fix it when I asked them to. Overall mixed experience.

My wife and I always get the kids meal. It's about all we can eat.
