I ordered a maple bacon breakfast sandwich, but it was cold and the bacon didn't taste right. I called to share my concerns with a manager, but they were largely dismissed, and I wasn't offered a replacement. It feels like I consistently receive a lukewarm sandwich. Disappointed when I sat at the drive thru tonight before 8 and they wouldn’t answer me twice when I was patient. I drove up to the door at 8 and they wouldn’t let me get my bag of coffee beans ..maybe I shouldn’t be so patient. If you are open til 8.. you should be open til 8.
