Al Ferdaus InterContinental Jeddah

I love this restaurant and always bring my guests from overseas here. However, this time, there are a few things to comment on. 1. The meats were all overcooked, some were even burnt. 2. The service was too quick, we didn't have time to relax and chat. It felt rushed. 3. Some plates were not clean enough. 4. The Pepsi we ordered was served from a pitcher, it tasted watered down and lacked fizz.

Thank you very much. The restaurant is very nice and the food is good, but it is a bit pricey.

Had a booking and restaurant wasnt even open! The chef was playing on his phone and saw us waiting at the door then he let us in. The tables werent set, the ac wasnt on. Eventually the staff started showing up. The meats weren't to the standards they used to have. Probably wont go again

The dining experience at this restaurant was excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing top-notch service. The food was delicious and well-prepared, with a variety of 10 types of meat to choose from. Most of the meat options were delicious except for the quail, which was not up to par with the rest. The tomato soup was outstanding. While the dessert and salad options could be improved, the ones they did offer were tasty. Overall, this restaurant recently reopened after a long period of quarantine and it was a great restart.
