Ihop - Jefferson City

I recently visited this IHOP in Jefferson City for the first time. While it looks small from the outside, it actually expands into a rustic area filled with sunlight and trees at the back, making you forget you’re near a busy road. The staff were busy attending to customers, and the clientele was a nice mix of young families and seniors. We ordered from the main menu, and the food was delicious and satisfying. Overall, it was a lovely dining experience.

Ordered strawberry crepe combo. the crepes were heavy and thick, should have been light and thin. presentation was beautiful, and the server, kalinda, was excellent. ihop has fallen by far. I love ihop, now only.

Dynasty, our waitress was terrible to say at least. She made our drinks wrong first. then we brought our coffee into the go-coup, even though we sit in. then she messed up our food. one of my friends who doesn't eat bark, so he was ordered chickener but brought a hamburger. then she said, I changed it, went to the kitchen and came back and said there was no longer a hawn. when we ordered the salat, we got a budding green, a buck mushroom and 4 pieces of chicken. total time for 2 hours 45 min.

Where do I start. 1. As shown in other reviews, the Service was very poor. 2. An old and very dried out cheeseburger with American cheese that has the hard crunchy edges …. Mmmmmmmm 3. An omelet with a slab of “kind of” unmelted American cheese on the top and burnt chopped up sausage link pieces wrapped up inside 4 cold pancakes 5 still waiting for my refill 6. No silverware was available so we had to use plastic forks. 7. Overcharged us for a meal we didn’t have Won’t go back to this ihop
