Ihop - Jefferson City

Ana gave the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. she was all over the place, didn’t even greet us nor did we know her name til looking at the receipt. Never saw her other than her dropping off our drinks and food. Listening to her talk to other tables as well was so disturbing. Just walking up saying, “can I get you a drink” and not even welcoming her customers. The WORST service.

Absolutely worst customer service experience ever! Walked in to a freezing restaurant at 7am only to stand and wait by the register for 2—3 minutes. The “hostess/waitress” finally came out of the kitchen with a scowl on her face. She did not look at us, did not say hello/good morning, grabbed menus and then gruffly said follow me. We said “no” and left. We will not return.

IHOP is always awesome and our server was so so sweet!

I took my daughter here for her birthday to grab some lunch together as pancakes are her favorite it was very good, service was good, and they discounted our meal for her Birthday!!

We arrived at around 9:30 am. We got sat right away. Restaurant was almost completely empty. No silverwear was prepped. We waited about 10 minutes to be greeted by our server. We asked for another set of silver wear, and and Ice water it wasn't brought until we asked a second time and I never received the ice water. It took almost an hour to get our food. The omelet I ordered was ice-cold. And the pancakes my boyfriend received were uncooked in the middle—overall a horrible experience. I will n … – show
