Feedback gevenI had a wonderful experience my waiter Arthur was friendly and knowledgeable when I had a slight issue with the crab legs he took care of it
The manager was so sweet and the waiters and waitresses were welcoming as well. I am going through somethings so money is short, but they didn't treat me like that and knew I only needed to charge my phone, yet served me water, and let me charge my phone! Also warm up because it was quite chilly that night! I was very grateful and businesses around Jefferson City are not like that anymore and it saddens me personally.....
If Arthur wasn't our server, we would have a terrible experience. Hostess told us 30 minutes waiting for what was good. But there were at least 30 people who came after us, all sitting and eating ready before we ever got a table! We were a table of 5 in which two infants were. So basically a table of 4. Hostess did a bad job and food took a long time. We are here at 5:15, sitting at 6:10 and having our food at 7:15. Fortunately, the food was really good and server (Arthur) was over and beyond.
Beware they are lazy and have continued ?staff excuses? issues!!!!! Had to call and they actually answered the phones but won?t attend the hostess stand.. 4 groups are standing waiting and no workers will acknowledge guests are here to ?bring them money?
I always look forward to having a lobster tail when I'm traveling for business. Received this and was extremely disappointed. I ordered my steak medium rare and it was raw rare. Although the server was very friendly.
