Subway - Jefferson City

The service at this restaurant was awful. They overcharged me for a cookie that was never delivered, and the sandwich I ordered had extremely small portions of meat. It was the smallest serving I've ever had.

The girl working the deli was extremely rude and slammed things and rolled her eyes. Her rap music was loud and inappropriate.

I'm not one to complain about my experiences at restaurants but this was just horrible. They had no food prepared and were out of everything. Including dressings to go on sandwiches. The lady making the sandwiches was extremely rude to me and many other customers. She rolled her eyes every 5 seconds and huffed and puffed about everything. Definitely will stop at a different subway on the way home from Walmart than go to this one again.

I was in Walmart on the east end on Sunday the 19th around 3 pm and decided to stop and get a sub before heading home. I was so disappointed in the service . While I was waiting and waiting and waiting 3 people walked away. One gentleman rang the bell and the young lady in the back didn't even come out and say just a minute I will be right with you all. If it wasn't that I really didn't want to stop somewhere else I would have walked away myself. When she came out she didn't even say sorry for the wait. I think next time I will look harder for something in Walmart to bring home to eat.

Zee is a terrible manager who not only mistreats his employees but also disrespects customers by yelling and swearing at them. He is lazy and relies on his workers to do everything, while he does nothing. Additionally, he brings in his husband to assist when he falls behind. I recommend going to a different Subway location for better service and to be treated with respect.
