Feedback gevenWaited 15 minutes for a curbside that never came. Had to walk up to the drive thru to speak to someone. When I finally did they told me my food wasnt even ready, the chicken wasn?t even cooked. Then the lady who spoke to me told me the receipt machine isslow sometimes but my receipt printed at 1:28 and when I came inside it was 1:40. Then proceeded to wait for my food to becooked that shouldve been ready.
My first time at a Bojangles.... since I'm from Arizona. I mean, it's good but I gotta have jalapeños with my chicken and jalapeños aren't available here. Butter also wasn't available.... and who can eat biscuits without butter?! 4 stars for servicebecause dark meat wasn't available for 20 more minutes she said
This place is absolutely terrible. I was at the drive through for 15 minutes before I got someone to take my order,and when they did they started to take my order it extremely unprofessional,and rude. After a total of 30 minutes I got my food,mind you therewas only one other car ahead of me, and my order was wrong! So I went inside to get it sorted the manager Kayla I believe hername was, was very rude as well. She told me that I ordered the wrong thing,when I know I ordered a two piece white with mashedpotatoes and gravy with macaroni and cheese. That was not what they gave me! I got a two piece dark,with green beans,and rice! Idon?t know where they got that from! I showed her my receipt and she rolled her eyes and told someone to go fix it! As they weregetting it ready I went to the restroom,it was disgusting! Looked like it hadn?t been cleaned in WEEKS! Very disappointed in myexperience. Will never go back!
Just a horrible experience in general! The manager Kayla is not professional at all! The front stays closed 90 percent of the time! The food is never fresh! The restaurant itself is dirty in general! There is bugs crawling in the bathroom and the lobbywhen it is open. When in the drive-thru you wait over 20 minutes to get someone to take your order, then they are rude, thenyour food is not right half the time. Then what I did get is either cold or old! It just ridiculous! When asking to speak with amanager she is just as rude as the employees! Such a horrible place to be in general! We will never be returning! This placeused to be a very good restaurant but now it's just horrible! They refuse to give refunds at all or fix the things they mess up! Even when you have the receipt?! They close way earlier then what it says on the store windows also! What type of businessdo these people run?! Who are we supposed to contact besides this Kayla lady?!
I gave a neutral score. I didn't get a chance to visit. They were sooo busy on Sunday morning. There were more than 20 cars in the drive thru line and there were tons of people on the inside. I can't be upset about a ton of people having the same idea asme.
