Thistlethwaite Vineyards - Jefferson

I happened to be in the area for work and ended up in their parking lot, So I just had to stop in and see what they where all about since I never heard of them before, I tried a couple tastes of 2 fruit wines, I like desert wines that are sweet and the Thistle berry is great, it has a raspberry flavor that is not overwhelming and is great for cooking pork chops in! I haven't opened the other bottle yet to try but I am sure it is just as good. I will be returning for many

Highly recommended! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The wine had something for everyone and to be honest was all very gold. There wasn't a wine that we didn't like.

This winery was the stop on our tour and I feel as they saved the best for last. We took a hayride to go see the orchards and even got a chance to see how the make their wine. Oh and the wine was awesome. The owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating to all our needs.

Tour by owner was very entertaining and informative. 15 varieties of wine we tried. All were unique and tasty.
