Denny's - Jeffersonville

I'm sorry, but this has to be the worst Denny's out there. I do like going to this chain, but every single time I have been to this specific restaurant, they are, literally, out of half the ingredients on their menu. And even if you can order what you want, you won't get good food. Last time my pancakes were black, they were so burnt. I am never a person to request a refund because I know a kitchen can be hectic, but I refused to pay for them. My sister ordered a salad, and they literally gave her a bowl of lettuce. No toppings at all. And then we had to wait 20 minutes for the server to come out of the back and check on us because there was no one else there. I've given this location multiple chances and every time it's a bad experience.

Ordered and got half of what I put in. She acted like I didn't ask for the other parts of my meal. Then when she did bring the rest, the tortilla were hard and didn't get the right amount of my other order. I didn't even eat I just got up and asked for my check. By far the worst experience at a Dennys. And I'm a trucker so I've been to many.

The hostess definitely deserve something, she was just as nice as she could be. SHE SEATED ME AND I WAITED AT LEAST 15 MINUTES AND WAS NEVER GREETED BY A SERVER, SHE SEATED AN ELDERLY COUPLE AND SUDDENLY A SERVER CAME OUT AND GREETED THIS COUPLE...REMIND YOU ,THEY ARE WALKING ALL AROUND ME AND STILL HAVE NOT GREETED ME!!! I LEFT AND DO NOT PLAN ON TRYING TO DINE THERE AGAIN. BEING THAT I WAS A WAITRESS IN MY YOUNGER YEARS, I KNOW HOW IT IS AND DONT MIND LEAVING A HEALTHY TIP!!! THEY MISSED OUT TODAY!!! The service was excellent. Brittany was exceptionally friendly and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this place—Five Stars!

The food was outstanding. I ordered the French Toast Slam (I believe that's what it was called), and it was delicious!
