Bangkok Taste - Jenison

The Pad Thai that I ordered today was really good but however I wanted the noodles to be mild spicy. But when I tasted the noodles it didn't really taste spicy at all it was all just barely any taste of spice and that was the only dissatisfaction fortoday.

Wow! The food at this place is amazing! Since moving to West Michigan from California, we have been craving the diversity of cultures and foods that we used to enjoy. Many of the non-American cuisine restaurants in the area seem to cater to the majority clientele base and lack authentic flavors. However, we stumbled upon this hidden gem in Jenison and we were blown away. Despite its unassuming appearance in a strip mall, this restaurant offers top-notch food and service. The waitress was incredibly friendly and even took the time to recommend her personal favorite restaurants in the area. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and full of authentic flavors. I highly recommend giving this place a try - you won't be disappointed.

I have previously tried the Drunken Noodle dish and Crab Rangoons at this restaurant and found them to be really good. However, my recent experience with the Pad Thai was just okay. The Thai tea was also not the best, as I have had better elsewhere. I understand that different Thai restaurants may vary in how they prepare their dishes, so I can't complain too much. My boyfriend, on the other hand, enjoyed his seafood dish. The staff was friendly and the food was decent, so I will definitely return to try something new.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was amazing and I have never encountered any issues. I would also like to apologize for my previous review, which I have since deleted, as it was actually meant for a different Thai restaurant. You guys are great!

I called on my way over to order my food because this has been one of the best Thai places in Grand Rapids. The girl put me on hold and never came back. I made it all the way there but I decided to stay on hold to see how long it would take for her to getback. It's 15 minutes on hold at this point. I ordered my food and I was still on hold. I sat down to wait for my food and sheanswered the phone after about 20 minutes. While waiting for my food, I watched her put people on hold and then go play on herphone with no one but me in the restaurant. Food is probably going to be good but what intentionslly horrible service.
