He'll be taking over the kitchen of Jose and Jennifer Varga's intimate Italian BYOB Forcella. Anthony has been on the Philly and restaurant scene for over 10 years and will be creating home made Italian specialty dishes including house made pastas, desserts and bread as well as an ever evolving 4 course tasting menu. Anthony's Italian background and love for family and cooking will all come to life in this new kitchen. Forcella will be a dining destination you don't want to miss!
The torch is over. During my first visit, the chief owner Anthony Paseri prepared a great meal that I talked about for months. The offers at FORCELLA were also not disappointed. The new cook Mason makes an incredible task to keep the 4 courses as tasty and interesting. The server Patrick also makes an incredible job that offers attentive individual service. It doesn't seem that a beat has been missed. Hopefully this neighborhood pleasure will come for a long time.
I loved Forcella restaurant in Jenkintown. I must say the food and service is top notch and Chef Esther and Bruce are very gracious hosts! If you have not tried the food at Forcella, make sure you make your reservations and give them an attempt, I promise you that you will not be disappointed!!! All in our group loved their dishes and we will definitely come again and again!
Love the cozy, intimate atmosphere. A real jewel of a restaurant in the heart of Jenkintown. And the food was just wow! Beautiful creative cuisine, friendly presented by people who really care about their guests feel welcome. Very recommended!!
Unbelievable experience! My wife booked reservations on Friday at 8 a.m. and we didn't leave the restaurant until almost 11 lol. We were and had an amazing time talking to owners Bruce and Esther. Both incredibly funny people. The food was good from this world! I can usually find out something I don't like or a taste that is superpowerful, but nothing but perfection here. Every bite of each article from the four course meal had me and my wife in awe. Filet was well seasoned and cooked for perfection. Salmon had a unique and incredible spicy taste. The dumplings and the salad were both amazing. And Dessert was probably the best dessert I've had for a long time. There was literally nothing on our plates! Seriously such an amazing night and experience. Thank you, Bruce and Esther! Already planning our next Dine with some friends! You guys rock, keep it up:
